Our Craftsman Writer's Studio was designed for a local author who needed a quiet and pleasant backdrop to contemplate his next edition.  The high lofted ceilings provide a wonderful feeling of space in a tiny footprint, while the huge glass wall offers an abundance of light throughout the room. The Craftsman style porch creates a pleasant shaded retreat  from the Sonoma Summer sun and a great setting to sample those famous Sonoma vintages.

Included in our Studio plan is a powder room, a clean up counter with sink and built-in storage cabinets. As with all our cottages the plans provide a super efficient insulation package, a quiet energy saving reverse cycle air-conditioning/heating system and a building to withstand hurricanes, earthquakes or whatever else  comes along.

Our plans show a suggested layout for a well equipped office studio but we know you'll probably want to customize the space to fit your own needs.
